Hello, i have received this email today from one of my customers and I am a little bit confused by it. Can someone help me out please.

Could you please double-check if the customer has added their address? It seems that the shipping address provided is in the US, but this store only supports shipping to the UK.

I ship to many countries, including the US and UK. So i'm unsure as to why the customer cant enter their UK address
