Hi, anyone else having issue with Customer Behaviour not showing? Since this has gone I have had lots of abandoned carts.

Same issue, its been 2-3 days that this happened, customer behaviors not showing on our store and it has affected our sales negatively as well, other stores are complaining about this as well, not sure what the issue is but i am hoping it gets resolved asap

Yesterday, Shopify experienced some issues regarding the Live View in Analytics not showing customer behaviour. Our developers have since resolved the issue and this area should now be populating information for customer behaviour.  Before previewing this section, I recommend clearing your cookies and cache and rebooting the browser.

 

If you're still experiencing issues on your end, you can submit a support request through the Shopify Help Center. @babymoon, you mentioned you're unable to gain access so I'll share the steps below for better visibility. 

 

How to contact Shopify Support:

 

  • Navigate to the Shopify Help Center and log in to your store
  • Select a topic from the ones provided
  • Depending on which topic you've chosen, select a subtopic on the following page
  • Once you've selected a subtopic, scroll down to the Get Support section to view our available support options.

Customers can enter discount codes online at checkout.
