Customer emails sent to shopify inbox

hi i am getting emails from my customers via email. i want them to go to shopify inbox. how can i go about changing that? i missed a message today because it was sent to my email and id like to have everything organized in the inbox instead.

May I know where the customer emails come from? If it's from a form like contact form, I recommend you use some apps Powerful Contact Form Builder, qikify Contact Form Builder, Hulk Form Builder… as they have the feature to create a contact form or any form in your website while has the option to track or receive those notifications on their app and not in the receiver's email of your account. For the Shopify inbox app, it appears that it is only built for contact messaging support via chat only and does not have the purpose to see incoming or sent emails to your account.

This is surely needed. If Shopify is truly serious about it's new "UNIFIED" mission, this is a great place to start. Unifying customer communications into one app would be a game changer for us!
