All things Shopify and commerce
Hello. I have a question regarding how a consumer is supposed to print a transaction receipt from an order confirmation. On the order confirmation page that is customer facing the simple and intuitive way to print or PDF the receipt is to hit 'print' in the browser. Not any sort of browser extension (as those cannot be guaranteed) but just a 'Control/Command + p' in Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, Opera, etc. which all have a similar built in method of printing a webpage.
If one attempts to print using the native browser print feature, the product specifics are not included. Is there an option to pull in those product specific items such as product picture, description, model number, price, etc. such that they print in addition to the order tracking and customer information that appears on the left hand portion of the consumer facing site? The right hand portion of the consumer facing site where these product specifics are contained doesn't print for some customers and I don't think telling them to do a screen grab or print screen is a customercentic response.
Thanks
