Sorry if this is a simple fix but could use some help nonetheless. Our contact email on our store is (ex) info@xyzshopify.com and it gets forwarded to my personal gmail. The problem is that when I "reply" to customer inquiries it's "from" my personal email address, not the store contact. I tried to add another address in my gmail but it states that communications for my info@xyzshopify.... must come from the domain and contact my domain provider.
I'm wondering what others do to avoid sending replies to customers from their personal emails. Would appreciate any insight. Thank you!

Hi,
Shopify provides a free forwarded mailbox, it is not an actual mailbox, you would need to buy one (professional email) for your store from either of Zoho or Google workspaces and then connect it to your store by going to Settings --> Domains --> Click on your domain --> Email forwarding --> Third party email hosting and follow on screen instructions , refer below:
