Customer log in issues

Customers aren’t able to browse my website at all. It keeps directing them to login as an admin and then telling them that they don’t have the permission to login. I’ve chatted with support to no avail. They said on their end that they were able to browse the shop just fine however I think they only just went to the shop and not actually tried to click on a product. Does anyone have a solution? I’ve even tried turning off the login part so that customers can shop as a guest and still no luck
