customer photo upload

Hi,

I have a question that how to set a uploader for customer to upload the screenshot or images to prove they have made the payment when they choose bank deposit as their payment method? And where's the loading space for saving the images?

Is it possible to access the images thru others way?

Or do yo recommend any apps to do it?

Shopify does not support file uploads from your customers; however, you can use apps to achieve this. You can view the apps in our app store here. In terms of bank deposits, you can provide specific instructions for them to send you an email to provide proof of payment.
