Hi,

I'm in the process of recruiting someone to reach out to my expanding customer base to foster general customer relations over the phone. This involves calls ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying those who haven't placed orders recently, and inquiring if they have any specific product needs that might not be visible on our website yet.

I'm curious if anyone has experience with this and how you typically document customer interactions – for instance, whether you use a spreadsheet or integrate the data directly into Shopify or via 3rd party apps. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @CrystalMailing I haven't seen any app that do these type of integrations, but yes Excel is the common and most used way that has been used in this case. As with Excel all the things can be tracked along with the customer response.

Also if needed the customer response can also be added in the shopify notes section in customer or in orders.

Regarding the experience: Yes I have experience in building the Customer Relation and know few methods through which we can build a strong relation.

Hi @CrystalMailing Please see the attached Excel Template with data(CSV file is attached as Excel format is not accepted here). I can change the format if you need according to your needs as I are totally open for that.

Please Note: There are other options as well through which we can build strong relationship with Customer along with Phone Calls.

Hi Imran! We have an Excel spreadsheet for this purpose. Most people I know also use it as it's a very convenient way to keep track. Also, there are plenty of integrations that allow you to connect Excel to other apps/programs and use data for your marketing campaigns.
