How can I categorize customer segments based on their actions toward the emails they receive—for example: email opened, email delivered, email clicked, or email not opened?

- Use an Email App with Tracking
- At the Email App Dashboard, check automatically tagged (Opened,Clicked,Didn’t open)
- Create Segments according to that
- Sync Segments Back to Shopify (This is Optional)
