I have been desperately trying hard to just simply change my bank account #, but it has already been taking 4th days with absolutely no success and no support whatsoever! The online CS just sending you bunch of apologies and kind of redirect your issue to the "appropriate" department, opening new tickets etc... Nothing has worked yet. No one sent me a promised email or called me. My pay out, of course, got rejected and God knows when and how I'm going to be able to see my funds transferred to my new account...
There is an obvious system glitch or something that won't recognize my old bank account number and basically that where your torture with CS starts. Unbelievable! What a shame Shopify! I wasted hours and hours with useless support 3 days in a row so far! CS reps have 0 to none knowledge of the basic things except making apologies and promising that it will be resolved shortly...
Terrible experience! Not to mention that I have been with Shopify for over 12 years now..."Thank you" for treating your long term customers that unacceptable and unprofessional way!
