I am trying to get in touch with a live support person to request a subscription refund since my account has been inactive (I just deactivated it) and the AI chat keeps sending me into an endless loop to “enter the queue” but nothing happens when I click on it, it’s maddening! Is there any other way to get in touch with a live support person? Any help is appreciated!
Hi dear, subscription fees are non-refundable as stated in their policy, but you can still reach out to their support team to explain your situation. Since your account was inactive and recently deactivated, you might have a chance if you request it politely. Try contacting Shopify Support via their Help Center or live chat for the best response.
