Customers all of a sudden can't pay draft invoices

My wholesale customers used to be able to pay draft invoices, and now it's not working. I am having another problem too, and I am wondering if they are connected. The cards won't go through when entered from the backend.

There was an minor outage on the day of this posting, which may have lead to the issues with your draft invoices and back-end payments. However, a fix was deployed shortly after and the issue has been resolved. If the issues persist, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. Just to confirm, are you still having issues with customers attempting to pay for draft invoices or taking payments through the backend?
