All things Shopify and commerce
I have a shopify online store and around 35 offline stores but i am having problem with footfall. My customers are having problem in locating my offline stores and hence it's affecting my traffic and conversions.
Hello @Bishnupriya94
The easiest fix is to give them a clear, interactive store-locator right on your site Here’s what to do next:
1. Add a Store-Locator Page
Create a new page in Shopify (Online Store > Pages > Add page) titled “Find a Store.” Embed a map or app widget so customers land on a map view, not a long text list.
2. Use a Store-Locator App or Embed Google Maps
3. Optimize for Mobile
Ensure your map is responsive: the locator should fill the screen on phones, with tap-to-call buttons and a “Get directions” link that opens in Apple/Google Maps.
4. Add Store Details & Hours
Next to each map pin (or below), display the address, phone number, hours, and any special services. Clear labels and emojis (🏪, 📞) help mobile users scan quickly.
5. Link from Key Pages
Put a “Find a Store” link in your header/nav and footer. You can also add a store-locator banner on your homepage or even in your product pages (“Pick up in store”).
6. Promote It in Emails & Social
Send a blast to your subscribers announcing the new locator. On Instagram or Facebook, post a story with a “Swipe up to find your nearest store” link.
