Customers cannot bypass check out error: available shipping methods

Hello, 

 

My new store is now not allowing me to check out. We cannot bypass this error: "Available shipping methods have been updated. Confirm your choice before checking out". 

There are no shipping methods that appear. Please help me understand why this message keeps popping up even when Local

Shipping issues in the checkout process are common, and can be caused by a multitude of factors. If possible, can you provide me with the following info so I can get some more context:

 

  • Can you provide me with a URL link to your store so I can test out the checkout process for myself?
  • Can you take a screenshot of your Shipping Settings, and share it here? You can find your settings in 'Settings > Shipping and Delivery' within your admin. Once there, take a screenshot of the shipping zones and profiles you've created!

Hello Imogen, thank you so much for the reply. My URL is theshackpni.com. Below are the requested screenshots. Hi again, @theshackpni! Thanks for following up with me here!

 

So I used the URL you provided to take some time to visit your store. I was able to successfully create a cart, and then navigate to the checkout. Once there, there were two options for me: Shipping and Local Pickup.

 

When I opt to select local pickup, no locations appear for me to select. This suggests that the locations you have set up for local pickup may not be set up properly. It's important to double check these locations, and make sure that you've marked them as able to fulfil orders. Additionally, you'll want to make sure that your products are assigned to these locations so errors aren't flagged in your checkout during the purchase process.
