Customers cannot login to store

Hello!

I am trying to build my new store, and I want my customers to be able to login to the store.

But they are not able to login. I see stores have this account icon, but on my store don't know why its not showing.

How can i make it visible on my store. Please see the screenshot I added. I am using Dawn theme
