Customers cant buy my stuff

Hi guys whats the problem when someone want to order on my shop they cant pay and it dosent work to shop in my shop whats the problem?!

You might want to check your payment method settings and see if it was set up correctly. Since this might be an account issue, I highly advice that you reach out to Shopify support as well so they can take a look at your checkout and payment settings and guide you further to resolve this issue. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
