I recently started selling on shopify but have not gotten any sales. I check the abandoned orders section and there are a ton of orders that have been abandoned. The customers have all entered shipping information and some even returned a second time but still didnt press the buy button. I know they arent abandoning at checkout because of added fees or something like that, because i am doing free shipping and including tax in the purchase. Im driving traffic through tiktok so my hypothesis is that there is an issue there but im not sure. I activated the tiktok sales channel for all products but im wondering if maybe i need to activate it some other place aswell. Im spending hundreds advertising on tiktok and am getting 300-400 people visiting per day but still have not gotten an order. This has been happening for 3 days now. This has been a huge headache please help.

I have done multiple and it works fine. Done it with a VPN. Done it with different addresses. Done it with different cards. Nothing is wrong. That is why I think that the issue may be on TikTok's side.

Could be so many things and without seeing your website and checking the whole flow through to purchase hard to help.

Hi,

 

I used the link and went to the site....Everything worked well.  I stopped just short of Pay with Shopify.

 

I could not find any hang up unless it happens after you hit PAY.

I would lose this as it looks tacky as hell and add some more contact info to your footer, people want to know they can call you and find an address if if it's a registered office or Skype phone number and remove the "Powered by Shopify" at bottom.

Your site looks okay and has a lot of things right but you need to add more trust to it. Add some credit card logos to the checkout with your logo and also on the cart page. Also don't have a drop down cart take people straight to the main cart page if you can. Add a sticky add to cart so people can buy as they scroll down the product page and dont have to go back to the top. Also the product page is a but confusing as to which product your actually buying. The site was slow to load for me in the UK so maybe try and lower the file size of your images as you have a lot of each page. Will add more after another look. Also you call them chains but the main image on homepage looks like a diamond necklace, maybe change this image to represent more what you are selling.
