Customized product with selection of addition

Hello, i'm looking for an  app and will setup a product as follows. The costumer can buy one mainproduct, a plate for example and additionally to this on the same productpage, he can choose any number of different coins he needs. to explain, here my normal productpage...

The maingoal is to have a pill for every coin, you can choose/select your different coins per click, maybe a colorswatch for the pill and then put this whole selection in the cart. Or an overview for the coins with checkboxes. Is this possible on one page?

Is there any solution? Many thanks for your help

Welcome to Shopify Community. 

So according to your requirement, you can refer any bundle app. But instead of that I would suggest you to go with custom setup. So what can be done using metafields connect coins product with the main product. Customer can choose product of their choice and can add to cart all at once.

This needs custom coding so I suggest you to seek help of a developer to setup this for you.

I also thought about the bundles, but then I have to create each coin as a product, with price etc., as far as I know 😉

Your solution, the example is really smart and I really like it. Instead of the hands I see my coins 😉 However, the selection window should only open once, then select and add several coins. I'll keep looking and have to discuss this further. Maybe I'll come back to you.
