Good morning.
I have a big issue with the analytics.
I've started my Facebook Ads campaigns, and the sessions are not being tracked, and I'm sure because I can see them with Microsoft Clarity.
On Shopify, it only registers when a customer adds to the cart and goes to the check-out, but not when they visit without taking any action. What could be the problem? I only have this issue with this store; the others work perfectly.

We are also having a similar issue. Some data from Facebook is being recorded by Shopify but not all. The discrepancies are huge. Do anyone have any insights into what this might be?

If you still face the issue with a Facebook native app, it is highly recommended to set up meta conversion API through Google Tag Manager.
As Google Tag Manager is a Manual setup process hardly is has bug of tracking the website users.
furthermore, Google tag Manager GTM enables us to set up server-side tracking which ensures maximum data accuracy.
