DAWN 12.0.0 LOGO NOT CHANGING

Hello, I'm very confused, because I have repeatedly tried changing my logo on Dawn 12.0.0, but it isn't showing up. I want to replace the "CLOUD STORE" with my store name, but it isn't allowing me. Please can anybody help me very quickly, it will be appreciated. Best Wishes 🙂
