Dawn theme 2.0: Change font for submenu + scroll down error

Hello, I have 2 questions:

1. How can I change the font of submenu? For example: I want 14K Gold, 10K gold, etc : in regular font ( not Bold as “Shop by Material”)

2. When I go to my website with phone, I cannot scroll down the menu

only the Scroll down problem needs to be fixed. The font issue is ok for now
