Dawn Theme Bug on All browsers - API ecomsend / Monorail edge routing

Dear All, 

I need some urgent help here to fix the bug issue. The bug is causing issues with scrolling on Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. I have raised the ticket but would like to try if anyone knows how to fix it?
