Dawn theme - change mobile banner image to fit

Hi. 

I would like to move my banner image over on the mobile device so it can be seen (see image below), and also the logo (which is coded under Image heading) is not responsive. 

Can you help me make the image responsive, and also move the banner over so the guy shows on the mobile?

have created a different banner for both desktoop and mobile using the following:
