Dawn Theme - Display message on products that are "continue selling when out of stock"

I was wondering if I could get some help with a specific issue on Shopify please. I have been stuck with this problem on and off now for a very long time.
The majority of the products on my website are set to "continue selling when out of stock" due to the nature of the business. However there is no display message on all of the products that set to continue selling when out of stock.
I use the Dawn theme and I am sure this is a coding issue that can be resolved, but I need some help please. I just want to display a nice red message under the products name saying "Available on Backorder".

Hi, you can consider using a third-party app to help you with this. Please search for the keyword "product badges" on the Shopify App Store's search bar and choose an app that suits your needs. For example, you can use the Fordeer: Product Labels & Badges app. After installation, go to the "badges" tab, set up the text badge, and choose the position below the product title.

This isn't quite what I am after as I can't specifically target products that only have the certain tag of "continue selling when out of stock"
