Dawn Theme Home Page Pop-up Customization

Hello, I am trying to create a pop up for my website (Shopify Dawn Theme) that will pop up when entering the home page only and direct people that are ordering from Turkey to our Turkey website which has another domain.

Any ideas on how to do this, I downloaded many pop-up apps which didn't give me an option to connect a link to the button.
