Dawn Theme weird spacing appearing on certain policies and pages

When did this start to show up?

Have you recently installed any apps or tried to make custom coding changes via CSS?

Apps - no. I have made some changes to the css, but as I searched the whole code numerous time, I haven't find anything that can cause this. On mobile the situation is even worse, as whole pages appear in this colour. It looks like there is some piece of code making the whole background appear in this blue color and it can be seen through on certain places. Do you have any idea where do i have to search in the code or what can I do to fix it?
