deactivate my store

I need help to deactivate my store. Every time i try, i get "To close your store, you need to contact support". I have contacted them but they are not to help.

i have stop all off the billig apps and done all 5 steps they ask for. But i cant stell deactivate 

What is the number for support? It is so stupid, that it hass to be so hard to delete your account.
