All things Shopify and commerce
I am in the process of building up stock for my store and do not want visitors to have the ability to shop as yet. But I want them to be able to still browse the front page which has my product portfolio.
I have removed the Collections and Products from the Main Menu as well as the header which shows the search and cart icons but if a user adds /products to the end of the store URL they will get the products page and still go through the purchasing process.
Is there any way to either deactivate this process or to redirect certain pages back to the main page temporarily? I have looked at redirects but they will not work with system pages such as products, collections, etc.
Thanks
Steve
