I’ve tried several times to deactivate my store but it keeps telling me the password is incorrect when it’s not, ugh, no one to talk to, what do I do? I know the password is correct

As @Small_Task_Help has mentioned, you will want to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to get you authenticated, as we wouldn't have access to any account details here through the Community. They will be able to ensure you regain access to the shop so it can successfully be deactivated.
