Delete header only in mobile version

Hi!
I want to remove the header part of my website only in mobile version, not desktop.
How can I do this?
I have theme "Refresh".

Go to Online store > Themes > click "..." in Refresh theme > Edit code > open theme.liquid file, add this code after <head>
