Deleted account charging

I have made 2 different shopify accounts, one with an email called [REDACTED] and another with an email called [REDACTED]. 


I have deleted both my accounts 2 months ago, and i have received two notifications that shopify has charged me 32 euros. I made this account just to solve the problem and i have no active subscription. I have screenshots of the emails that you receive when you deactivate a store, and delete an account. I also have the transactions in my bank account. So i deleted all of my stores and accounts but i am still receiving payments because of the subscription. I also dont have any third-party things. How is this possible?


I have no money to lose like this, help would be necessary.

Since this is an account related issue, it would be best to reach out to Shopify support team so they can further take a look at your account and take the necessary actions into resolving this issue. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the "I still need help" or "chat with a support advisor" option appear.
