Deleted code for Packing Slip

Somehow I deleted the entire code for the packing slip section. Ive tried to Edit and Return to default but nothing happens.

I've tried starting a brand new account to see if I could copy and paste the code but there still was no code even with starting a new account. I'm not skilled in code at all, but I might just have to hire someone to rewrite it....
