I would like to inform you that, We have added exclusive products for one of our client and it's removed from store .
Kindly check it and let us know whether product is there or not . Who is deleted the products.
What is the name of the product?
We have added for example below product:
1. ProHeat® 2X Revolution® Pet Professional
2. SpotClean™ Turbo Professional
We have added number of images.
are these the products
or pro versions are different? Just double check on the product page (in admin) that these products are active for online store.
We have added the above product and check with back end but its deleted .
Kindly help me on this.
I am not sure , automatic deletion is not possible, How did you add these products? and please answer my question raised in last reply for clarity first.
You might be facing this issue as a result of the products being out of stock if this is a dropshipping store or you set it to drafts in the products section of your shopify admin dashboard.

We have added our product in draft mode and we havtn't make it live mode
So can you please let us know how we can retrieve all product which was in draft mode. and currently it's deleted.
draft products wont be visible on the storefront. What do you mean by retrieving a product? are you talking about API? Also You can go to this link and check all the activity in your store. Maybe some body else from your team fiddled with the products.
