Am I able to deposit cash to my balance card at an ATM?

Thanks for reaching out in our Community Forums and for sharing your concern, I’d be happy to help.

Currently, the Shopify Balance feature does not support checks or cash deposits. You can transfers  funds to your Shopify Balance account immediately but may take up to three business days for delivery. Transferring funds from a connected bank account is in early access and is limited to certain merchants. For more information, you can visit the provided link here.
