description not loading on website

When i am on my product page the description is all set for every product. When I go to my website and hit one of those products. The description page just loads and nothing ever comes up. This is for all the products and have used on multiple devices and networks. You may need access from me to fix this problem. I feel like it is a large coding bug.

@nobadshop  I just checked the product page description seems loading though its under a TAB

Every time we look at that it just loads. It never actually shows us the option of it when its down. How do we switch it so there is no toggle drop down menu and the product descrption is there all the time

There is option to "Collapse content" in your product page just check/uncheck it. I have unchecked it.
