Hi,
My editing program is showing like this, and my published site does not show the discount at the price with before and now like the editing site..
Can someone please help me out here?
Hi @Magnates,
kindly provide your store URL please and if it is password protected, please share the password as well. Thanks
Hi @Magnates,
Could be a "Markets" related problem, for example. Check out this thread for a possible solution - https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/why-is-sale-price-not-showing-for-all-products-f....
That said, there could be other reasons too - so if you’re not using fixed prices for different markets, feel free to drop your store URL and the products that should be discounted.
The official Shopify editor is great for making visual changes safely and quickly - things like layout, colors, and text, without touching code. If you're using a custom editing program or coding directly, you get more control, but it’s riskier and easier to break something. It really depends on what kind of changes you’re trying to make.
try using official shopify editor
Hi @Magnates
Make sure you enable the compare price on the template of the correct market of your store.
