Hi
I have a similar question, I hope I'm not being repetitive here.
We have a base of customers where some we require them to pay in advance when placing orders, and some have credit lines, and are invoiced as per agreed terms.
How can I set something like this in the checkout process ?
based on a customer attribute, checkout would present correct payment option:
- credit line accounts would be able to send the order without making any online payment.
- non credit line accounts would have to pay online for the order to be placed ?
I hope you can help.
Cheers
Hi @Gerard_O_Rourke,
Nick here from Shopify. I moved your post to its own topic as it was slightly different from what was being asked in the other thread and it warrants it's own topic, I hope that's ok.
With regards to your question, I'm thinking that a split or partial payment feature app from the Shopify App Store might work for you here. There are a few different apps I like for this which you can see below:
Do you think something along these lines could work for you? Let me know!
