Different prices for different counties but the same inventory

We are looking to set up separate Shopify websites for the different countries we currently sell to. UK, Ireland and US. We are wanting the RRP prices to be different per country and the landing page and products to differ. However, we dispatch all of our stock from one warehouse. Therefore would need the inventory count to be from the same pool on each website compared to different inventories.
