Different record in Shopify from Funnelish

The record of the item purchased in Shopify is different from what we have in Funnelish. What we have in Funnelish is the same as the payments that we receive in our bank account. 

Ex. In Funnelish, a customer orders 2  orders of Product A, and 2 orders of Product B, but in Shopify, the record shows 4 orders of Product A.
