Different tax rates for Online and POS

I have an online store based in CO and I occasionally do sales at shows in Utah. I have an "event" sales tax permit in Utah for the show once a year. Is there a way to have different tax setting for POS and Online? 

If I have Utah taxes turned on, then it will also collect for online orders. I am confirming that the once-a-year show sales do not establish permanent Nexus to collect and remit sales tax in Utah. I am hoping not. 

Can anyone help with this?
