Disabling Billing Address

I would like to disable the section that requires visitors to enter their billing address at checkout. What they are "buying" is a free quote and them having to put in their billing address is hurting my conversions. How can I disable the billing address section?

Also, If anyone has a better way for the visitors to requests quotes, that would be much appreciated. Currently they add a product to their cart with their customizations and check out for free.

Hi there - we would recommend you use 'request a quote' coding (via custom code or an app) that allows you to change your 'add to cart' button to a 'request a quote' button for certain products. Additional detail with the quote can be solicited, and it will send you an email instead of going to checkout (draft orders can even be auto created).
