All things Shopify and commerce
I am just starting a partnership with a gym, they have "regular" members and they have "gold" members.
They offer discounts to their Gold tier, but not the regular members.
I am collaborating with their store.
They want to help promote my store and in return i give their gold tier members 20% off.
If there a way to do that?
I could make a discount code, but I don't know how to isolate customers.
I think i would need information such as member numbers to put in the code or e-mails of specific customers wouldn't I.
@Deadly_Dukes Hope you are doing well.
Yes, this is possible. you can create one customer segment and based on that you can give a discount to that customer who has a particular tag.
Or if each customer has some email domain then based on that you can give the discount.
I would just need the "Gold" members e-mail or customer ID from that gym then correct?
@Deadly_Dukes Yes you can create one sheet and add any special tags to those customers, so whenever checkout by using those email and use the discount code created by you it'll get 20% off.
rest of customers can't use those customer as those customers don't have that particular tags
