Discount code showing multiple times on shopify admin order page

I created a automatic Discount when user purchase min 5 items then they get 10% off but Discount code showing multiple times on shopify admin order page and when any app fetching order data using api .

why discount showing 6 time. it should be show once

Hi @yoloud_rgr ,

I just got your point. Discount Label is being repeat the times with total order items count. There might some customisation or app can conflict. Could you please share store URL with discounted products so I can check?
