Discount conditon on all products

Hi,

How can i do that the second item on the cart will be at 40% and the third one at 50% otherwise everything is on 30%. And applying this on all products. 

For example you had a customer who adds to cart three items. I need the second item at 40% off 3rd item 50%off

Other wise, regardless they add to cart an item, it will be 30% off

Is that possible to do so?

Have to check discounts apps for this.

Otherwise have to do it manually using custom code.

For this have to contact with shopify developer.

let me know if need any help from my end.

Can you recommend discounts apps that do it properly? because i have already check with some few apps and they are creating bundle. this is not what i want...
