This morning I have a completely random price change. this product:
https://www.femmefatale.ie/products/ageless-anti-ageing-serum?_pos=1&_sid=5cf1e2252&_ss=r
just spontaneously changed from the correct price €84.50 toto €36 - a price that has never appeared in this product's history.
https://www.femmefatale.ie/products/copy-of-i-mask-anti-aging-hydrogel-sheet-mask-5-pack
this product is €45 for a pack of 5, €9 for a single sheet. We deleted the single sheet option, then the only remaining variant of €45 for pack-of-5 took on the €9 for no reason. We change it and every morning it changes back. We deleted the variants altogether so there is just one price, still reverts to €. I created a new product (not duplicate) and deleted the old one, still changes the price. I removed the SKU, still changes.
This is also happening on the following product:
https://www.femmefatale.ie/products/hydrating-hydrogel-sheet-mask
another example is:
https://www.femmefatale.ie/products/iluma-intense-brightening-creme-50ml
these two have a 20% discount applied at the moment. Every morning the discount disappears, making our marketing campaign appear to be false advertising. The price, and compare-at-price fields should be €84.50 and €105.50 respectively, but every morning both fields appear at €105.50 - we correct all of these every morning for the last week or two.
https://www.femmefatale.ie/products/iluma-intense-lightening-serum-30ml
does the same thing.
These are the only discrepancies we have found so far, but the one that appeared this morning (my first example) we have just noticed, with makes me think this is happening randomly throughout the site. It has shattered our confidence in shopify as a platform, we love shopify until this started happening, how can we run a business when the prices are randomly changing? We need a solution to this as soon as possible.
many thanks, Linda Lyons, Proprietor

Hi,
Does anyone have a solution/answer for this issue? We have been running into the same problem since last year. We have tried changing price through API, CSV upload and manually, it always reverts back to the "compare at price" roughly every 30 mins.
Thanks!
I am also having this problem. It is quite annoying, I though I was going crazy. If anyone knows of a fix please share!
I recently changed the product price of three products, when looking two days later, two of the three products had reverted back to the "compare at" price. I can't seem to find any cause although it seems it may be resyncing to Vend when a product is sold. Hoping someone can take a look and advise us accordingly
Update: We use Lightspeed/Vend for our inventory, and realized that if any update is made to a product on this platform, the prices will revert on Shopify and the discount will disappear
