I have both my discount codes set to automatic. They both show set to combine. The link shows that they combine to each other. When I go to check out with the qualifying items, it only gives me one code. Am I doing something wrong?

What's the order total? I'm guessing maybe when the LAUNCH10 code is applied, the total gets below $100 and so the KOOZIE100 discount is not valid anymore. Or it might be the other way around.
I thought that too so I created a total close to $200 and it still did not work
This whole, "combining discounts," is a lie by shopify. You are lying.
It says, "if an item is eligible for multiple discounts, only the largest discounts apply."
This wouldnt be classified as "combining," then would it? The ridiculous side stepping of shopify for the most simple addition to their platform for the massively requested feature of stacking discounts, is getting old.
You know what everyone wants yet you want to play it off like this is actually combining discounts.
Its not combining nothing if you cannot actually stack the discounts.
Are you still finding this to be true? I just finally tried promoting a sale with stackable discounts, and low and behold - they DON'T actually stack like they have been claiming for months. I have NO conflicts with products or qualifying items, no limits, both discounts set up to be 'stackable', yet they DON'T stack like shopify loves to brag about. Seriously, they love to promote all these great additions, then they half-ass everything to the point it doesn't work.
True. I wanted to combine free shipping with black friday discount but only the black friday one is showing. The only thing that does show from the free shipping discount is the Title at the Checkout but it doesn't apply it.. Definitely a bug. @Shopify
