Discounts on specific collections Not working

Hello,

I am having issues with discounts: if we create a discount applicable to all products, we do not have any issues. When we create a discount for a specific collection, then the discount will not apply (" discount code isn't valid for the items in your cart"). The item in the cart is, of course, part of the selected collection.

As anyone else seeing a similar issue?

Hey Julie, Eric with Motiv8Yourself. Are some of the products listed in other collections? Also, if it is an automated discount, you can only run of those at any given time.

Hello Eric,

Most of our products are typically part of multiple collections. The issue
happens on automatic discounts and on regular discounts. This issue also
happens when using a third party app for discounts/promotions.

[Motiv8Yourself]

Have you tried the Eggflow apps? I have found good luck when using discount codes using that app. They have a nice deal right now, basically get all of their apps for 29 a month rather than 58.
