Discounts when ordering 3 or more Different products

I want to apply an automatic percentage discount when ordering 3 or more DIFFERENT products no matter the quantity.

This should be possible through our app, is there a particular limit on the order value that you're looking to enforce here?

Why I'm asking this - it is possible that the customer orders three of the least priced items in the store and could get away with the discount.
