Why are my active discounts not working?

My discounts are not working even though they're active.

Thanks for posting. I hope you're well!

It sounds like you may have Automatic Discounts set up, which tend to cause the most confusion for merchants when first starting out with Shopify.

Automatic Discounts require the customer to add the applicable items to the cart in order for the discount to trigger. For example, if you are running a Buy 2 Get 1, all 3 products need to be added to the cart.

If your discounts aren't Automatic, please provide more context on the situation and I can help further.
