Display the additional price in variant title

Hi,

We have many products with variants that change the price. Is there a way to show the additional cost to the customer within the variant title, without having to add them all manually?

The trouble is customers can't see what extra cost is being added without looking at the main price change when they select different options.

For example:

Add oak frame 

changes to
Add oak frame +£55

I hope I have explained my problem clearly.

Thanks. I've gone to 'Settings' but there is no 'Products' option in the list?

Hi David,

It certainly is an option if you have the skill to edit the code of your theme. However there is an easier approach for your problem.

A possibility is to add a bundle app so that customers can add the frame as a seperate product instead of it being a variant:

This way you can also track sales of frames/products on product level basis instead of variant level.

If this isn't an option I would recommend to share the link of your store so that we can check for an alternative.

Hi Patrick, thanks for your reply. Due to the other sorts of options on our other products this solution wouldn't work unfortunately. It seems I may have to manually add it to every single variation, but I have 1000's!
